While
working in the admin section I receive a Timed
Out Message and can't continue!
This is ususally caused by your computers
firewall program. Turn off the firewall
while working in your control panel... WebsiteGenie

My
site has been online working for a couple
years
and now images are not showing.
As we upgrade our software from time to
time some times image parameters vary. To
fix this problem simply enter your control
panel and publish the entire website this
will upload any images that are not currently
showing properly.

another provider it takes 24 - 48 hours
for your DNS information to point towards
our servers. To do this contact your domain
name provider and provide them with the
following DNS information.

can't find the add email section.

email accounts you will need to access the
email control panel. Go to www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
then enter your username and password once
their your upgraded package includes additional
features.
